Stage 1 - Weeks 1 & 2

In Week 1, we uncover the essence of your vision, mission, audience, and values through a thoughtful questionnaire, so the narrative structure of your website emerges from your inner truth rather than industry trends.

In Week 2, we translate your vision into a Pinterest Board and Branding Moodboard that explores colors, fonts, imagery, and textures that feel aligned with your work.

By the end of Stage 1, we are deeply aligned on the look, feel, and intention of your site, creating a grounded foundation for everything that follows.
Stage 2 - Weeks 3 & 4
Design & Refine
See your website take form through a collaborative creative process that weaves function with a narrative design that speaks to your soul audience.

In Week 3, we create a simple, intuitive outline of your site and select a template that supports both your content and your audience’s experience.

In Week 4, we build out your Home Page and internal site structure so you can see your ideas take shape in a tangible, navigable way.

Toward the end of Stage 2, there will be space to offer feedback or refinements to the draft of your homepage to ensure site design is heading in the right direction before continuing construction in Stage 3.
Stage 3 - Week 5 & Beyond
Build, Breathe, & Maintain
Your website comes to life and is launched into the world with all the support necessary to grow, adapt, and sustain it in the long term.

In Week 5, we build out the remainder of your site. This stage incorporates one round of final feedback and notes that get incorporated into a cohesive edit, so you will have a complete and fully functional site by the sixth and final week of your program.

Before the end of Week 6, we will launch your website into the online world with great fanfare and maybe an herbal mocktail to celebrate. Then, you’ll receive a live walkthrough of your site and recorded instructional session showing you how to manage, maintain and update your website with ease.

Thirty days after launch, we meet for a follow-up call to review website function and answer questions. From there, I’ll introduce you to Madison, my admin assistant, who you can contract for continued maintenance and support as needed.
